Michael Pertnoy

Michael is a Founder and Partner at 67 Capital, where he serves an observer on the Investment Committee and oversees the firm operationally.  Prior to 67, Michael was a Partner on the SDCL Private Equity team and led the transaction to merge SDCL with the predecessor firm, Volery Capital. Michael was a Founding Partner at Volery, where he ran operations & business development at the firm and was a senior leader on the investment team. Michael was a member of the executive management team, chaired the Operations and Compliance Committees, served on Finance, Valuation and Impact, and was an observer on the Investment Committee. Previously, he was Vice President at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group (2014-2018), responsible for innovation, strategy and corporate development on behalf of Deluxe Executive Management and its shareholder, MacAndrews & Forbes. Prior to Deluxe, Michael was an entrepreneur, business operator and award-winning filmmaker. He was founder and CEO of Righteous Pictures, a social impact film and new media production company. A native of Miami, Florida, Michael was recognized by the Miami Herald as one of South Florida’s top twenty business leaders under forty. Michael holds a B.A. (cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania.
