Jeremy Snepar
Jeremy is an education and workforce-development entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience launching, scaling, and monetizing bootcamp education platforms. His career has focused on building new training models, opening and operating multi-campus footprints, and creating modern marketing and enrollment engines that drive student demand. Jeremy is best known as the Founder and CEO of New York Code + Design Academy (NYCDA), which he launched in 2010. NYCDA was among the first immersive coding bootcamps in the United States, offering accelerated, career-oriented programs in software development and digital design. Under Jeremy’s leadership, NYCDA scaled to 10 locations, built enterprise and university partnerships, and developed a centralized recruitment, training and placements operation to support rapid student growth and geographic expansion. In 2016, Jeremy led the successful sale of NYCDA to Strategic Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: STRA). Earlier in his career, Jeremy spent 7 years as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and MESA Global, where he advised early-stage companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University.
